Experience

In today's economy, mediation is a good financial decision. We successfully resolve nearly 90% of the cases that come to us. While every mediation case is different, we can tell you -- in the last year, we have saved disputing parties more than $600,000 in legal fees. We’ve also put our commercial experience to good use, resolving disputes by restructuring transactions valued at nearly $30 million.

Philosophy

At Slusky Mediation, our goal is for all parties involved in a dispute to win. At the heart of our work is a commitment to clearly identify the interests of all parties involved. We’re sometimes asked by prospective clients, “How do you get to an agreement everyone can live with?” The answer is that our approach to mediation is to guide the parties on a journey to find their own mutual agreement. The solution belongs to them and that’s why we’re passionate about the power of mediation.
